Welcome to iKids Pediatrics!


It’s our mission to educate and encourage our patients to take control of their health with the help of our skilled and compassionate providers.


It’s Our Goal to provide a holistic, team-based approach to patient-centered care that helps alleviate and prevent sickness, promote better patient education, and establish strong communication. We are available in person, electronically, and over the phone. Our business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM M-F, and we also have an after hours service for any concerns outside of this timeframe.

It’s Our Commitment to serve our patients: you can call the office at any time for advice; whether during business hours or after hours, our answering service will be available to help you. If your child needs a sick appointment, we will do our best to fit them into the schedule the same day or the next business day. If your child needs a well visit, we will schedule the earliest available appointment that works with your schedule.


At iKids Pediatrics, we aim to meet a wide variety of health needs. If we do not offer the care your child needs, we will do our best to refer you to a specialist in your area. If you would like a second opinion for any reason, please let us know and we will do our best to refer you to another provider in your area. If we refer your child to a specialist, we will receive reports from said specialist to help keep your child’s medical records accurate and up-to-date.


Our free online patient portal allows you to access your child’s health information, request a prescription renewal, request appointments, and review lab and radiology results.  This is also a great way to keep in contact with your child’s physician(s). Visit https://www.yourhealthfile.com/portal/login.jsp to sign up for secure access. The portal is free for all patients.


Our patients play an important role, so please let us know if you cannot see or hear the information that we give you, or if you do not understand everything that we tell you. Do not hesitate to be open and honest during your child’s visit. This will help make sure that your child’s treatment plan fits their personal needs.


Helpful Information You May Provide to Us:

  • If your child experiences any new changes to their medical history (such as being admitted to the hospital/urgent care clinic or changing medications) please let us know. This will help us make sure your child’s medical record is accurate and complete.
  • If you would like extra help with your child’s health problem, please let us know. We will help you set a long-term goal and develop a strategy to achieve it. Please let us know if there are any barriers preventing you from following your child’s treatment plan or achieving your goals, and we will do our best to help you with accommodations.
  • If you see any areas for improvement, we would like to hear your ideas. If you would like to know what improvement projects we are already working on, just ask.
  • If you need to change your primary care provider for any reason, please let us know and we will help you through the process.
